Welcome to messBar! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the application.

1. Definitions

  • Service: The Bar Inventory Management Application Named messBar.

  • User: Bars or authorized personnel using the Service.

  • Company: Hanifi Özer, the provider of the Service.

  • Account: The user credentials provided to access the Service.

 

2. Account Creation and Management

  • Bars must request an account by contacting the Company and paying the required subscription fee.

  • Upon payment, the Company will provide login credentials (username and password).

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for any breach of these Terms.

 

3. Subscription and Payment

  • The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a recurring monthly fee.

  • Failure to pay the subscription fee may result in account suspension or termination.

  • The Company reserves the right to adjust subscription fees with 30 days' prior notice.

 

4. Service Features

  • Users can track inventory, review past usage, and manage their stock with BT scale API integration.

  • The Service provides real-time measurements of opened bottles to calculate remaining liquid.

  • Users can reorder supplies through the integrated supplier marketplace.

 

5. Data and Privacy

  • User information, including bar name, address, email, and passwords, is securely stored in Firebase.

  • The Company will not share personal or bar-related data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering.

  • Unauthorized use of the Service by unregistered or unpaid individuals is prohibited.

  • Users must ensure their use of the Service complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Service.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service.

  • In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

 

9. Termination

  • The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at its discretion, with or without prior notice.

  • Users may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.

 

10. Amendments

  • The Company may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

  • Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
